We are seeking friendly, ambitious, energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Regional Account Managers for our fast-growing natural health publication. In short, we are growing in each of our territories, and we need more superstar sales individuals to join our team!
As part of our team, you will deal directly with clients and prospects consisting of various small, medium and large businesses, and will be responsible for selling display ads and developing relationships.
Specific responsibilities and functions of the position include:
Regional Account Managers are expected and required to meet rigorous and measured standards of performance for both their activities (prospecting and presenting) and their results (sales quotas). You must be able to overcome all kinds of objections, and help clients see the value in our product.
Base salary during first year plus 15% commission on paid sales. Achieve $50k+ in first year. Uncapped commission. Monthly bonuses.
Cell phone, iPad or laptop, car/gas allowance, 401K eligible after three months.
Prior advertising sales experience would be great, but sales experience is an absolute must. Personality and ability to overcome objections are crucial.
Must have some knowledge of the natural health world in one or more of these areas: Eco-Friendliness, Nutrition, Fitness, Personal Growth, Natural Health, Wellness, Relaxation, Pet Health, Travel.
