A fresh start with your breath pattern

“Breathe in” a renewed perspective of your life by shifting how you breathe. Each of us breathes in our own unique way, much like our fingerprints are incomparable. We also breathe similarly to those we spend most of our time with — family members.

What is Transformational Breath®?

  • Connected breath: There is no pause between your inhale and exhale. This connected breath pattern is called the activated breath (along with breathing with an open mouth).
  • Belly breath: Using your diaphragm to breathe deeper breaths. Many people breathe too shallowly and aren’t getting enough oxygen into their respiratory system.
  • Circular breath: Breathing into your chest just after your belly breath, back to your belly, and to your chest, much like waves in an ocean.

Some people say they notice the following changes from regular Transformational Breath practice:

  • Lifts their sadness.
  • Reduces the anxiety that cloaked their lives.
  • Gives them the ability to observe their lives rather than getting caught up in the dramas that used to pull them out of the present moment and unable to notice the simpler beauty of living.
  • Helps them feel more resilient to life’s disappointments.
  • Deepens their meditation practices.
  • Increases their energy levels.
  • Has resolved their addiction.
  • Improves their self-esteem.
  • Expands their awareness.
  • Clears past trauma.
