Are you sick and tired of trying to lose that painful fat?

The problem is in your head.

Losing weight is a struggle for millions of Americans. It feels like we have tried everything from fad diets and extreme fasts to mail order meal plans. The simple truth is that to lose weight we need an approach that is powerful enough to battle an environment that is all designed to sell us food.

The agriculture, food and restaurant business is the biggest in the world. All day every day, companies are desperately trying to sell us their food products. Take a look at your food budget. For many Americans between 20-50 years of age, it takes up more than 40 percent of our disposable income. Meanwhile, even more is spent on trying to lose the weight we pack on!

The food we eat is carefully engineered. It is specifically designed to keep us coming back for more. From the “natural flavoring” of your favorite chips, crackers or snacks, to the mouthwatering restaurant special soaked with fatty oils, salts and empty calories. The environment we live in is designed to make us gain weight.

More insidiously, the food flavoring industry is not just attacking our taste buds but it is assaulting our brains. “Zero calorie” sweeteners hijack our brain chemistry that stimulate our appetite, which cause us to consume more and more calories. In fact, no new processed food product will find itself on the store shelf without first rigorously engineering its flavoring.

Imagine how you will feel in five years if you don’t get this under control. You’ll gain more fat as you get older and move slower. How will you walk? How will your body feel? What will you hear? How much will you spend on health care?

We see people every day who are trying to swim upstream against the deep current of the food industry. Soda, snacks, bakery items (made of GMO wheat), refined sugars and “natural flavors” have the average person trapped in a vicious cycle of weight gain. Through special mental techniques this cycle can be broken.

Hypnosis is designed to help the individual rise above the mental habits that keep stubborn weight from falling off. It is a crucial piece of the diet puzzle. Our mind can overcome any physical limitation or habit, even if it is deeply ingrained. Through stimulating our subconscious we can override the deep drives that keep us eating food crafted to keep us hooked.

Hypnosis is safe and effective with no negative side effects. Imagine seeing food in a whole new light and feeling like the weight of the world has been lifted off your shoulders. Through guided hypnosis you can free yourself from the cravings and thought patterns that have you making all the wrong choices.

The subconscious part of the brain is where the problem can be solved. Most of us know, generally at least, what we need to eat and that we need to get exercise. The issue is how to get your brain engaged in the process. It’s a three-legged stool approach. The first leg is the brain. If your brain is not engaged it doesn’t matter what else you try to do. Hypnosis clients say, “It was so easy! I don’t even think about losing weight and it just falls off safely and easily.”

Now, imagine you are at your awesome goal weight. How will you walk? How will your body feel? What will you hear? Imagine how much money, time and pain have you saved! Imagine how you would feel sleeping better, quitting cigarettes or E cigs/vapes, reducing stress, managing pain and more.
