Curry Shrimp

Cooking with interesting seasonings like curry powder pumps up a dish's flavor without adding unnecessary calories or fat.


¼ c. onion

1 clove garlic

2 T. fresh cilantro

½ T. olive oil

1 lb. uncooked shrimp

1 T. curry powder

1/3 c. nonfat Greek yogurt

Salt and pepper


1. Prepare ingredients: Chop onion and cilantro and press garlic. Set each aside individually.

2. Sautee garlic and onions in olive oil over medium heat until tender. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Add shrimp and curry powder. Cook shrimp until pink. Season again with salt and pepper.

4. Remove from heat stir in yogurt and cilantro and serve.
