Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

4 c. fresh cut fruit (melon, berries, mango, grapes)

¼ T. lime zest

1 T. fresh lime juice

1 T. fresh mint

Directions:

1. Place fruit in bowl.

2. Zest lime with a cheese grater and add zest to fruit.

3. Add lime juice and toss salad.

4. Chop mint and garnish fruit.
